«Parties make us study the Mameli’s Hymn at school, but they don’t care about defence and preservation of Italian language. English is going to displace Italian in our universities, as the case of Politecnico of Milan shows».
This is the comment of Giorgio Pagano about the Government proposal to make March, 17th the “Day of Italian Unity, Constitution, Anthem and Flag”.
«Italian language is the main factor in building an Italian spirit and culture, yet this aspect is not part of the Day of Italian Unity».
