Friday the 21st of November.
During today’s demostration, organized by the "Esperanto" Radical Association together with the Adelaide Aglietta Radical Association, a delegation of the "Esperanto" Radical Association, Represented by its Secretary, Giorgio Pagano and joined by Prof. Fabrizio Pennachietti, full professor of Semitic Philology at the University of Turin, Michele Gazzola, researcher at the University of Geneva, as well as a delegation of students from the Polytechnic University of Turin, represented by Michael Boris Mandirola, were all received by the Bernardino Chiaia, vice-rector of the Institute. Complaints, thoughts and remarks concerning the Institute’s anti-national attitude were expressed during the even, that is, the problems of political and linguistic democracy. For the second consecutive year now, the Institute has acted in favour of the English-speaking monopolization of international communication.
The university’s vice-rector responded positively to the idea that students who take the course in English will no longer be exonerated from paying taxes, as they have been up until now for taking the Bachelor Degree program in English, damaging to those who take the same course in Italian and must pay taxes. A seminar of scientific nature will be organized, together with the other EU countires, to try and work out which is the best politically linguistic policy that will not privilege English speaking countries alone, let’s not forget that the only publishing "trust" that has been made is at the expense of other publishing houses around the continent. The Radicals will continue fighting until the requests made at the conference are heard and carried out.
