English is not "the language of the world;" it’s the language imposed on the world! The invitation is from Giorgio Pagano who describes, in the letter that was sent to Franceschini, the costs, the disadvantages, the injustices and the discriminations that arise from the English-speaking linguistic regime and its lack of democracy.
