A RADICAL APRIL 25TH: ERA WILL MARCH WITH A GREEN HEART FOR FREEDOM
We will march together with the Radical network on Saturday, April 25, to free ourselves from the 60th year of political domination.
The executives and servicemen of the "Esperanto" Radical Association will march with a green heart sewn on their chest. The green star is a a symbol of the Esperanto movement, it stands for hope and freedom from the language ghetto which the Italian people are currently imprisoned in, together with other non English-speaking people of the world, awaiting the completion of the linguistic and cultural genocide that is currently taking place, defamed by the United Nations and by the UNESCO. It represents hope for the birth of an international language that embodies peace, a language that can safeguard cultures and restores the common identity of the human race. It’s a symbol of resistance against the growing ideology that the English-speaking "race," a patriacy which is especially supported by President Berlusconi, the University Barons and the intellectuals of the Regime, who are all collaborators who contribute to the hierarchy.
"We, the radicals," says Giorgio Pagano, ERA’s Secretary,"are the heirs of those Italians who fought against the regime, who went to jail, died or risked their lives fighting against the Fascist Period, without lounging around for their liberators or perhaps building a career in Fascist’s shadow. We are the heirs of those who devoted their mind, heart, body and soul in helping the Americans in their progress; those who took up the American ways and American standards as a template upon which to built the United States of Europe. These are the same anti-fascists and anti-communists that have, without shame, guilt or a hint of inferiority, exempted themselves from honouring those who, as liberators, have, in turn, occupied our language, our culture, our mind and our economy. I believe that our gratitude debt towards our liberators, who, after more than 60 years, has been considered extinct, before it wears itself out."
